In November 2021, Sherri M. Arrigo and Ashley Dus co-authored, “Duties to the Court” in the IICLE reference work, Attorneys’ Legal Liability (2022 Edition). The Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE), an independent not-for-profit corporation dedicated to the professional development of Illinois attorneys, publishes a comprehensive series of practice handbooks designed by and for the Illinois legal community. These handbooks, which cover topics ranging from adoption law to wrongful death and survival actions, are authored and edited by recognized authorities in the subject matter of each publication.
