DBMS is proud to announce that three attorneys have recently joined the firm as associates.  Joseph L. Rourke has several years of experience handling complex medical malpractice actions.  He received his undergraduate degree from Heidelberg University and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School.  Emily E. Dory has joined the firm from the City of Chicago Corporation Counsel’s office, where she concentrated on the defense of cases alleging violations of federal civil rights.  She received her undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Family Studies & Human Development from the University of Arizona and her law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.  David J. Handley joined the firm from another reputable defense firm in the city where he handled professional negligence, premises, transportation and insurance coverage matters.  He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Illinois.
