John A. Krivicich was elected chairman. Krivicich, a 1980, cum laude, University of Illinois College of Law and Northwestern University graduate, specializes in the defense of product manufacturers and elder care facilities. This is his second stint as DMBS’ chairman, having previously served 2008-2010. He has been a member of the Firm’s three-person Compensation Committee since 2007, and previously served as the Firm’s financial officer.
Sherri M. Arrigo, was elected the Firm’s human resources officer. Arrigo is a trial lawyer focusing on the defense of professional negligence claims and disciplinary actions against hospitals, physicians and attorneys, where her prior career as a Registered Nurse provided a unique understanding of her clients’ needs. Arrigo, a published author on various legal topics, received her law degree with highest honors from DePaul University where she was on the law review and elected to Order of the Coif, and is a summa cum laude graduate of Northern Illinois University.
Stetson F. Atwood, of Chicago, was elected the Firm’s financial manager. Atwood focuses on defending hospitals, physicians, nurses, paramedics and long-term care providers. Atwood is a cum laude graduate of Creighton University School of Law, as well as Syracuse University.
