Verdict for the Plaintiff

Synopsis:

DBMS represented the plaintiff in a claim for damages for violations of the Lanham Act and for breach of contract.  The case was tried as a bench trial before Judge Harry Leinenweber in the Northern District of Illinois.  Following trial, Judge Leinenweber ruled in favor of BASF on all substantive claims and awarded damages.
