Biography
Zachary A. Kutsulis is an associate who concentrates his practice on the defense of hospitals, physicians, and other allied healthcare providers in professional liability lawsuits. Additionally, he represents clients in general tort and premises liability matters. Prior to joining Donohue, Brown, Mathewson & Smyth, LLC, Mr. Kutsulis represented long-term care facilities at a boutique defense firm in Chicago.
While in law school, Mr. Kutsulis assisted partners and associates in all aspects of complex litigation at a nationally recognized law firm. Additionally, he served as an extern for the Honorable Theresa Lazar Springmann, the then sitting Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Prior to law school, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame where he was a four-year letterman as a member of the baseball team.
