Biography
Kylie E. Ostling joined the firm in Fall 2023 after she graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois Chicago (“UIC”) School of Law. While at UIC, Ms. Ostling served as the Editor-in-Chief of the UIC Review of Intellectual Property Law. She also served as an Associate Justice on the Moot Court Honors Council Executive Board, and participated in the 35th Annual Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition.
During law school, Ms. Ostling worked as a law clerk at a Chicago personal injury law firm where she gained valuable experience working on medical malpractice, nursing negligence, and other general negligence matters. She also served as a legal extern within the Enforcement Department of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), where she gained exposure to enforcement of FINRA and MSRB rules as well as federal securities laws and rules.
Ms. Ostling earned her bachelor’s degree in English, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2020.
