Biography

Jennifer Labus focuses her practice on the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice lawsuits in both state and federal court. Additionally, she represents clients in other general tort matters including premises liability cases.

Ms. Labus joined the firm in 2017 following her graduation cum laude from the John Marshall Law School where she received a student attorney license and represented legal aid clients in a variety of legal matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Labus worked at a Chicago personal injury firm where she gained significant litigation experience in medical malpractice and other general negligence actions. Since joining the firm, Ms. Labus has obtained favorable results for her clients throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation to jury verdict.
