Biography

Jeffrey E. Eippert is an associate with the firm who focuses his practice on professional negligence defense and general liability defense.   Prior to joining Donohue, Brown, Mathewson & Smyth, LLC, Mr. Eippert was an associate at a defense firm in Chicago which specializes in healthcare professional malpractice cases and nursing home litigation.

Mr. Eippert is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School (now UIC Law School) in May of 2019. He was a member of the John Marshall Law Review and was a board member for the school’s Moot Court program. In 2017 Mr. Eippert represented John Marshall in the Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court competition and was a quarterfinalist as a member of John Marshall’s National Championship Moot Court team.  During law school, Mr. Eippert served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge John P. Callahan, Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division.
