Biography

Anthony M. Pinto focuses his practice on defending medical negligence claims against physicians, hospitals and nursing homes, product liability claims and premises liability claims. He has achieved successful results for his clients defending clients in medical negligence, product liability, and premises liability cases in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. He has successfully tried to verdict numerous negligence cases and automotive product liability cases, saving his clients tens of millions of dollars in requested damages.

Mr. Pinto joined Donohue Brown in 1999 and was elected to partnership in 2005. Mr. Pinto has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer in Illinois. He has also been selected as a member of the Leading Lawyers Network as a Leading Lawyer in the areas of Medical Malpractice Defense Law, Personal Injury Defense Law: General, and Products Liability Defense Law.

Mr. Pinto graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1995. While a law student at Loyola Chicago, Mr. Pinto won the American Jurisprudence Award for Appellate Advocacy. He graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago in 1992.
