Biography

Curtiss S. Schreiber is an associate at Donohue Brown with a focus on professional liability defense. He has experience conducting depositions, drafting motions, negotiating settlements and preparing for trial, including high-potential-verdict cases. He also has experience defending employers against Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act claims.

Prior to joining Donohue Brown, Mr. Schreiber worked as an associate at a litigation firm in Chicago.

Mr. Schreiber earned his J.D. at The University of Chicago Law School, where he was a clinic member at the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Project. During law school, he co-directed a mock trial for South Chicago students ages 10–13.
