Tanya E. Poth concentrates her practice in medical malpractice, premise liability and products liability. She joined the firm in January 2008 after maintaining a litigation practice in Chicago for over five years.

Ms. Poth is a 2001 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. While attending the University of Denver, she acted as the Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy, Sutton Colloquium Edition, and authored “The Computer Piracy Superhighway”. Ms. Poth served as a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and was named Student Mediator of the year.

Ms. Poth served a clerkship to the Honorable Judge Sophia H. Hall, Chancery Division, Circuit Court of Cook County. She graduated from University of Missouri Columbia with a degree in communication and also holds a M.Ed. in Counseling and Educational Leadership from Clemson University.
