Mr. Kelley joined the firm following his graduation from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2006, where he received the CALI award for Excellence in Legal Writing I and II and was on the Dean's list. He also clerked for the Cook County State's Attorney in the Criminal Prosecution Bureau and the Juvenile Justice Bureau.
