He joined the firm in 2003 following his graduation, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was a lead articles editor for the Loyola Law Journal. He was also a member of the Sutherland-Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court Team and the author of Destination Unknown: Illinois’ Search for a Solution to the Physician Collective Bargaining Problem, 33 Loyola U. Chi. L.J. 443 (2002). He also clerked for the Antitrust Bureau of the Illinois Attorney General. Mr. Ofstein received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
