Anthony M. Pinto has broad litigation experience with a primary focus on defending medical negligence claims against physicians, hospitals and nursing homes, product liability claims and premises liability claims. He has litigated product liability cases in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. He has successfully tried to verdict numerous medical negligence and automotive product liability cases, including four defense verdicts for Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Pinto became associated with the firm in 1999, having previously worked at a Chicago litigation boutique. He is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Pinto was named a 2007 Super Lawyer in Illinois in the area of Personal Injury Defense: Medical Malpractice. Super Lawyers are the top 5 percent of attorneys in each state, as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics.

Mr. Pinto is a cum laude graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law (1995), where he won the American Jurisprudence Award for Appellate Advocacy. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago, where he graduated magna cum laude.
