Kyle A. Cooper is an associate at Donohue Brown focusing his practice on commercial litigation. He has experience in drafting pleadings, motions and discovery requests, as well as oral arguments, pretrial conferences, depositions and legal research. He has been involved with several successful multimillion-dollar settlements and other matters.
Prior to working at Donohue Brown, Mr. Cooper was an associate at a litigation firm in Chicago and a litigation paralegal at a global law firm in New York. He interned at the legislative office of then-Senator Barack Obama in 2007.
Mr. Cooper earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he served as a teaching assistant. He served as a legislative intern for Massachusetts State Senator Dan Wolf and a judicial extern for the Honorable Anne Claire Williams, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
Mr. Cooper volunteers at the Primo Center for Women and Children.
