The Chicago Bar Association recently appointed John J. Duffy as the 2008 - 2009 Chairman of the Association's Attorney Malpractice Committee. Mr. Duffy will spearhead potential legislative changes that improve the law for attorneys as well as discuss trends in malpractice litigation. Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission matters and ethical issues will also be reviewed and discussed by the Committee headed by Mr. Duffy.
